Parcel Inspection Upon Delivery

Please check your parcel in front of the delivery agent before accepting it. Once the delivery agent leaves, we cannot accept claims for missing, wrong, or damaged items.

Return Delivery Charge

If you return a product for personal reasons, such as a size change or change of mind, you must pay the return delivery charge.

If the return is due to our mistake, such as a wrong, damaged, defective, or missing item, we will cover the return delivery charge.

By accepting the parcel and allowing the delivery agent to leave, you confirm that the order was received in good condition.

We deliver all orders across Bangladesh through trusted courier partners such as Pathao Courier. Delivery usually takes

inside Dhaka: 1 to 3 business days

outside Dhaka: 2 to 5 business days

depending on your location. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking update so you can follow its delivery status. Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer during public holidays or special campaigns.
