  • All prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

6. Delivery

  • Delivery is available throughout Bangladesh.

  • Estimated delivery time:

    • Inside Dhaka: 1–3 working days

    • Outside Dhaka: 2–5 working days

  • Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

8. Return & Exchange

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with the original tags and packaging.

  • Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.

  • If the mistake is from our side, we will bear the exchange or replacement cost.

  • If the exchange is requested due to size selection by the customer, applicable delivery charges may apply.
